• $150 Sewer Scopes: Accompanied with a Home Inspection. $200 stand alone. Up to 185', from clean-out to curb. (We do not remove toilets, if needed)

• $225 Pool Inspection: Surfaces above ground level, Equipment and Safety features. (Solar inspection if needed by other)

• $450 Manufactured Homes: (under 2,100 sqft)

• $375 Multi-Units: Duplex, Condo's, Apartments: Full Home Inspection Reports (starting price is $375, remaining number of units is $350/ea.)

• $150 WDI Pest Inspection Reports for VA/HUD: Accompanied with a Home Inspection / $200 stand alone.

• $275 Re-Inspection: 11 month re-inspection for new homes before warranty expires.

• $350 New homes under Construction Inspection: Major shell components inspected. (A pre-drywall inspection, 2,100 sqft or under).

• No additional fee's if drone, thermal-imaging or crawlspace robot are used during a full home inspection.

• Note: If the Inspector is turned away onsite, there is a trip fee of $75. No charge for a 24-hour cancellation notice or rescheduling.

Average prices range for homes / townhomes under 2,100sqft... $450 to $550. Quoting depends on 2 items... 1. square footage of the home. 2. The condition of the home described by the realtor/client, meaning: good, average or poor conditions. These items help provide a fair quote based on time needed for the inspection.

• Let us know if their are any non-attached buildings such as barns, shops, sheds to be inspected. Quote ranges depending size and utilities.

• Full Inspection Report includes: Property grade, drainage & vegetation, driveway & sidewalks, foundation, home structure, siding, roofing material, decks & covered patio's, chimney & flashings, crawl & attic spaces, basements, insulation where viewable, plumbing/electrical & HVAC systems, the overall general living space including: built in appliances, fireplaces, interior floors/walls & ceilings, exterior doors and windows.
